It's a miracle! Did nothing. Logged in this morning and it allowed me to upload my logo and replace the original. Looks great. Took a week and then cured itself.
Hello Joe-dogdoov-com, thanks for posting on the Community page, if you have a look at this helpful article it has all the steps on how to remove a logo and add a logo and what the logo needs to be in order to upload it into your Quickbooks account.
Hi Ashleigh. Many thanks but I have tried all of that. It will not let me remove the original logo (which is not appearing on the invoices etc) or upload a new one.

For troubleshooting purposes, please try removing and uploading the new logo by signing into QuickBooks through a different web browser or incognito/private browsing window.

Hi Georgia. I have tried another browser and also tried a private browsing window. Still no luck. The logo upload goes through 'processing' and then hangs. Also I have no option to remove the old logo.
I have also tried clearing cache and cookies.
Any further help would be appreciated.
Hello Joe, does the same thing happen if you try on a different device and is there a different user on the account who can try also? Please get back to us if you still have any issues.
Hi. Yes I tried on my laptop and desktop. Same result. Unfortunately it is a single user account. Can you guys get in and reset it?

I've checked here on my end and found a reported issue that other customers also encounter the same struggle with uploading logos. That said, I recommend contacting our Technical Support Team for them to add you to the list of affected users.
