Please try clearing the cache on the browser for all time following our guide linked here, after this fully close and re-open the browser before signing into QuickBooks.

what web browser are you using?
What happens when you try to select the vat drop-down section on the bill?
I'm using firefox
When I go to the VAT box there is no dropdown and anything I try to write in (20%, the VAT amount) just goes to red and I can't include it
