We can open the transaction which you're about to edit but, then you receive the error message. From there, we can easily identify the field or item that is needed to be reactivated.
Let's check your lists (customers, vendors, employees, accounts and items) for any inactive items.
Here's how:
- Go to the Customers, Vendors, Employees, Chart of Accounts, and Product and Services page.
- Click the Gear icon.
- Tap Include inactive.
- Find the item you wanted to reactivate.
- Under ACTION, hit Make active.
