Why does a paid amount still show as an open balance on a customer account

Can you please try clearing your cache and cookies to all time, close the browser down, reload it and see if it is still showing the same thing or not for you.
You have clicked a link to a site outside of the QuickBooks or ProFile Communities. By clicking "Continue", you will leave the community and be taken to that site instead.
