I have had mine under investigation for over a week now and I am no further forward in having it resolved. My issue is that the new tax year has not been rolled forward but I managed to run my final reports for 2019-2020 successfully.

Thanks for replies, guys. I see Miriam has given me the official update in a different post. Interesting to see that it does not affect everyone. However, for me it is becoming critical to be able to sort out Covid Furlough payments.

Lloyd, I have had the same frustrating experience. It seems to be something to do with those of us who migrated from (the excellent!) PaySuite. But no-one is coming forward to explain anything, and I have found no way of escalating concerns.
I didn't have PaySuite as this is my first time using any sort of online accounts. I don't seem to be getting anywhere fast which is worrying with the furlough scheme starting on Monday.
