First, I'd like to ask what financial institution are you using. This will help us identify if there are issues regarding your bank's connection with QuickBooks.
To update your bank connection, here's how:
- In the left menu, click Banking.
- Go to the Banking tab.
- Hit the Update button from the upper right hand.

If the issue persists, I recommend checking your bank's website to ensure there's no current issue that have caused this problem. If there are none, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks live support to further investigate this matter.
