Can you advise what is wrong with Standard Payroll this month? I am unable to run "Next Payroll" since the beginning of the new tax year. There is no "Let's Go"button.
Hi MirriamM, thank you for your explanation. However, looking through the community, this issue has been running for the best part of 2 weeks now. It seems a lot of customers are affected and we are all desperate to pay employees, especially as many are furloughed and we need to claim on the UK Governments online facility, available on Monday 20th. People in lockdown need to be paid!
Two weeks is far too long for us to be told "this is an emerging issue and our engineers are aware". Can we not find out how wide this problem is spread and how complex it is to resolve. More especially, what priority the engineers are putting on the problem.
This is most frustrating and real peoples lives are being affected.
