I cant seem to get quickbooks to file an EPS. I have updated my CIS suffered in the payroll accounts and settings and it normally then files an EPS and shows it in my Payroll tax centre but no EPS is being generated. I need to file this to HMRC to let them know how much CIS I have suffered. Its been fine up to now but wont do it this month. I am in the right date range 6th to 19th of month so a bit lost!

Hi Nick, thanks for joining the QuickBooks Community - are you using the standard or the advanced version of payroll, and have you finalised a pay run for your current payroll period?

I am using standard payroll and I did last months payroll on the 31st May which is complete

Thanks Nick, do you see any previous EPS reports showing as overdue on the payroll taxes screen?

Hi Georgia.

The previous EPS for month 1 was accepted. I generally just adjust the amount of CIS suffered in the Payroll settings and the EPS generates but it hasnt this time.
