I just spoke to a QBO representative on the live chat and they informed me that QBO doesn't provide Statutory Shared Parental Pay (ShPP) as an option on payroll. Only paternity pay. That affects my business and any business whose employees want to claim ShPP and split the early-parenting duties more evenly.
