I'd like to verify if we've already subscribed to the Advance payroll and wanted to downgrade to the Standard one? It's possible that when we first subscribe to the payroll service, we selected the Advanced option.
Let's verify our payroll subscription first before we'll cancel and resubscribe to our desired payroll service.
If we've already subscribed to the Advanced Payroll service, we'll have to cancel the subscription and then subscribe to Standard.Just a heads up, when we cancel a payroll account we're unable to transfer data from one payroll account to another. You might want to manually enter them.
