Can you share with me what happens when you run payroll? Are you using QuickBooks Online Payroll or PaySuite? Any additional information or screenshots will ensure a timely solution.

 

In the meantime, you can try checking the last week's date if the payroll was approved. This way, you can advance to the next period.
