I have self employed staff, is there a feature to allow them to submit invoices using QB

I own a plumbing company, I have 20+ plumbers working for me, right now they all send in different format invoices as a pdf

 

Is there a system using QB that would allow all staff to submit invoices using a QB format. For example could they all have a QB portal whey they input:

 

First Name (automated)

Last Name (automated)

Hours work 

Type of work 

Cash amount amount invoicing for

You'll be glad to know that you can download free customizable and printable invoice templates from QuickBooks, jameslarkin.

 

Our options include Word invoice templates, Excel invoice templates, Google invoice templates, and PDF invoice templates. You can select a template for your business.

 

Simply go to this link, Blank invoice templates, click the type of business invoice template, then click Download free. Your self-employed staff can then use this template moving forward.
