Is anyone else having problems with Payroll? When I click on the tab nothing is happening and the screen stays blank.

We don't currently have any reported issues with this, can I check which version of the payroll are you using, Standard or Advanced?
Most loading issues can be fixed with basic browser troubleshooting, please try pressing Ctrl + F5 on the keyboard to reboot the site, or clear the cache on the browser you're using and then fully close and re-open this before signing-into QuickBooks. For best performance results, we do recommend using Google Chrome as the browser of choice where possible. Get back to us below if this doesn't resolve! :crossed_fingers:
I ended up calling your support line and they explained it may have been due to some updates happening on the system at the time. I have tried again this morning and I have not had any problems so far.
