Login issue

Hi. I'm having issues logging in. Last week I logged in to retrieve payslips from a job I left 8 weeks ago and it was only showing the last payslip (i got paid weekly) and no sign of my P45.

I've tried to log back in now and it's saying it doesn't recognise me against any organisation so now can't find me in the system and neither can my previous employer.

Is there a way around this as I keep going round in circles?

Thanks

Let me guide you in the right direction on how to get access to your payslips and P45, JB2910.

When you access your company, let's ensure you enter the correct credentials in the Email or User ID field along with your password. This will help make your sign-in process seamless. Check out this article for solutions to troubleshoot any log-in issues you might encounter: Recover your Intuit Account if you can’t sign in.

For your payslips, you can access your payslips on the Payroll payment list screen. Also, make sure that the correct pay period is set, as the date range or selection will impact the transactions shown in your company.

Additionally, the P45 form will be available once the employer runs your last payroll. To solve this issue, please get in touch with your employer or the company admin. Check if they have updated your status and provided the correct Leave date and Reason for the change.
