Let's access your account via an incognito window. This way, we can check if it's browser-related. Let me guide you through how.
- CTRL+SHIFT+N for Chrome.
- CTRL+SHIFT+P for IE and Firefox.
Once done, go back to sending the FPS again. If it's working fine, you can clear the cache of your regular browser. This will process will delete your browsing history.
