It's good to see you here in the QuickBooks Community!
Let's perform some troubleshooting steps to ensure all of your information is retrieved so you can get back to working order.
You may be logged in to the wrong account that's why you can't see all your recorded invoices and estimates. You'll want to ensure you're using the correct email address upon logging in. Please know that QuickBooks Online (QBO) is a cloud-based software. Thus, all of your information entered in QuickBooks is sent to cloud providers where the same data is processed safely stored, and returned.
If you're logged in to the correct account and still aren't seeing all the information, let's log in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account using a private browser. There are times when the browser you're using has data issues, thus causing QuickBooks to act weirdly. To do so, press this shortcut key on your keyboard:
- Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
- Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
- Safari: Command + Option + P
If this works, you need to clear the browser's cache so the system can start fresh. If you get the same result while using a private browser, I suggest switching to a different supported browser.
Just in case you want to personalize your sales forms, you can check out this article for more guidance: Customise invoices, estimates, and sales receipts in QuickBooks Online.
Come back to this post if you have other concerns or follow-up questions about this. I'll be around to provide further assistance.
