How do I add 28 days holiday advanced leave to the leave allowance, so that when I do payroll it comes up on the leave balance. I was able to do it last year but cannot remember how I did it. Thank you.

Hello Mikemorgansons, thanks for posting on the Community page, in order to help with your question which payroll is it you are using is it advanced payroll or standard payroll?
I am using standard payroll.
Thanks for getting back to the thread, Mike.
The option to add advance or future leave requests is only available in the QuickBooks Online Advance Payroll subscription. Since you're using Standard Payroll, the option to add advance leave is unavailable.
At the moment, the leave options that can be set up using Standard Payroll are Statutory Sick Pay, Statutory Paternity Pay, and Unpaid leave. For detailed instructions, you can refer to the Leave and statutory payments section of this article: Standard Payroll hub | QuickBooks Online.
If you want to create future leave requests, I'd suggest upgrading your payroll subscription.
