I recommend contacting Support team to be added to the list of affected users to receive email updates about the investigation.
Here's how:
- Click the Help (?) icon.
- Enter in the search field your concern
- Tap the Contact Us button.
- Select Get a callback and fill in all the necessary information.
- Choose to Confirm my call.
Also, our Chat Support team is available every Monday to Fridays from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM PST. Then, every Saturday from 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM PST.
