If clicking the Update button will not download transactions from all accounts, you can edit the Sign-in info of the affected accounts. Just select the account on the Banking page, click the pencil icon and Edit Sign-in info. Do not change anything. Just click next until it reconnects to your account.
Alternatively, you can manually upload the missing transactions.
Let us know what happens after the update.
Thanks for your reply. I have tried your suggestion but still nothing. The bank seems to connect, I tick the accounts and allow consent (have triple checked they haven't changed the wording to be opposite or something!) and the bank says connection complete, with a lovely big tick, but nothing actually update except the same two out of five.
I would like to avoid doing this manually as it takes a lot longer and is more fiddly. Any other suggestions are welcome, obviously the bank (Barclays) is swamped at the moment. I am curious if anyone else is having similar problems or if it's just me!

What type of accounts are the ones that are not updating/connecting? Is it possible that you can reach out to us, either DM on Twitter or PM on Facebook with the email address associated with your QuickBooks account, please note your community user name clare8, and we take take a further look in to this for you?
I have sent over a PM on Facebook. The euro and current account work fine, there are three other accounts which refuse to update. Thanks

Thanks for the Pm on Facebook we got your message.
Thanks to QB support over on Facebook for helping me resolve this. In the end, we disconnected the three pesky accounts and reconnected them - and that worked just fine. Phew!
