Hello Bambazonke-ltd,

Welcome to the Community page,

Can we ask which payroll is it you are using is it Standard or Advanced?

And what is the exact issue with SMP are you having exactly?

We use QBO standard payroll, the employee was on furlough during her pregnancy baby arrived on 29th July when we tried to register her for SMP form the 30th as per HMRC guidelines QBO wanted the registration to be from 29th. we continued the registration as per that date but no SMP was calculated on the 1/8/20 when we ran our weekly payroll.
