I have contacted support, I was told engineers are working behind the scenes to repair,

We've identified an ongoing investigation (INV-107355) about the Core Payroll's inability to display historical payroll data. Our engineers have not yet provided an estimated turnaround time for the fix, but please be assured that they are working diligently to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
