Payroll Employment Record P32 report will not print but all the other reports have printed ok.
I get the message "An unexpected error occured, please try later".
I have been tryng all day, has anybody else had this?
I understand the importance of printing your P32 report, WeightsLtd. I'm here to share some insights on how to isolate and get around this error message.
One possible cause of why the issue occurs is because of the browser cache. The search engine you're using consumes data to load web pages faster. However, too much of it causes problems that affect the views and performance of your account.
To rectify this, I recommend accessing your QuickBooks Online account in a private or incognito mode. Doing so helps us verify the issue since this doesn't save any data files.
Here are the keyboard shortcuts:
Once logged in, print the report again. If it works, I suggest clearing the regular browser cache. It deletes all the data and optimizes its performance. Using supported ones also helps us determine if this is a browser-specific issue.
Additionally, I've added an article that can help you learn more about P32 works: Employment Payment Record (P32) report for QuickBooks Online Standard Payroll.
I'll be around if you need more help running your reports with your QBO. Keep me in the loop by tagging me in your reply. Keep safe!
Thank you for the response.
Unfortunately, I have tried this on three different computers with the same results even after clearing caches and using incognito windows. I just get the same "unexpected error" message when I try to show the report.

However, if you're using Advanced Payroll, I recommend accessing your account using a private window. This way, we can determine whether this is a browser cache-related issue. Incognito mode helps us verify the issue since this doesn't save any files. Here are the keyboard shortcuts:
In case you can print the report, clear the browser's cache. Doing so deletes all the data from your browser and optimizes its performance. You may also use other supported browsers as an alternative.
