Printing off paylips for previous pay runs

Let me walk you through where you can view previous payslips in the new interface in QuickBooks Online, Mark.

QuickBooks is currently introducing QuickBooks Core Payroll to enhance your payroll process and provide you with a more streamlined experience. For more information about this update, you can refer to this article: Introducing QuickBooks Core Payroll.

To view the payslips in the new and improved platform, you can follow these steps:

  1. On the left navigation panel, go to Payroll.
  2. On the Employees tab, click Payroll payment list.
  3. Select the payslips you want to print.
    • You can also filter the list to show payslips from a specific period through the Filter dropdown menu.
  4. If you select payslips, you can press the Print button above. If not, just hit the Print button under the Action column.

I recognise the importance of having all your data readily available after the transition to the new version. I'd like to share some important information regarding your payslips, @APC3

As of March 2024, QuickBooks Online (QBO) has transitioned to a new and improved platform, replacing the previous Standard Payroll offering. Rest assured, all your previous data, forms, and reports will be securely transferred and accessible in the QuickBooks Online Core Payroll (QBOCP).

Moreover, as there are some missing data, I recommend contacting our customer support team. They are well-equipped to assist you with effective solutions and can investigate the missing data on your end. Here’s how to reach them:

  1. Go to the Help icon.
  2. From the Search tab, click Contact Us.
  3. Enter your question and select Continue.
  4. Choose one of the following options: Have us call you or Chat with us.

Furthermore, please note that payslips are no longer sent to employees via email. To view and download your payslips, they will need to sign up for Workforce. They will receive an email notification when the documents are available. To learn more, check out this guide: Invite employees to QuickBooks Workforce to see payslips, P60s and more.
