Hello Oliver,
When submitting Employer Payment Summary (EPS), it doesn't include the Statutory Sick Pay (SSP). Hence, your EPS report shows blank or empty. Also, marking the employee SSP will automatically reflect on the FPS you sent to HMRC which they are already notified for it.

Hi Oliver
Have you submitted any payruns that requires an EPS to be submitted e.g. have any employees claimed for a statutory payment?
Yes: SSP
But of course that was not a payment that gets reimbursed

So what I think I gather from this is that the EPS is only required if you are due a refund for any of the four statutory payments, not including SSP, and that the EPS is not required if three are none of those. The End of year instructions are a bit confusing.
Thanks for coming back to us, @Oliver.
Yes that is correct EPS report would be empty in this case.
