To ensure we're on the same page, can you please verify if you're using QuickBooks Online (QBO) UK version? Since it does not have any PFML in payroll.
However, if you're using the US version of QBO, I recommend checking the set up of your employee and the paychecks created. Since the data showing on the report, depends on the information you've entered.

Using Quickbooks US payroll. Employees tax table seems to be set up correctly. PFML is a Massachusetts State Tax.

Can we please double-check if the setup on the PFML for employees is the same as indicated in this article? or did we manually added the deduction? Also, can you please verify what type of report you run for PFML? We also need to check the date range when running the report.
