You can see all of the import options available by going to the Cohwheel > Import Data within your QuickBooks account - after choosing the type of data you want to bring in, you'll be given the option to download a sample file which you can use to overwrite and upload your data.
If you're using the Advanced version of payroll, you can import pay runs or timesheets from a variety of sources, including CSV file formats as well as direct import from third party providers.
If you're moving from another provider and wish to use the Standard version of payroll, you can import an FPS file in an XML format during the set-up, however, it's not possible to import pay-runs or timesheets into this.
