Does Quickbooks support MTD for Income Tax now or very soon?

There is an option with HMRC to join the live pilot. I currently organise my self-employment records in a spreadsheet but I would like to start using software before April 2021 and join the HMRC pilot.

Currently, the ability to use QuickBooks Self-Employed to submit your self-assessment using MTD is not available. Here are the features that you can do:
In the meantime, I am not certain on when the Making Tax Digital (MTD) feature will be able in QuickBooks Self-Employed. However, this is already available in QuickBooks Online for eligible small business owners. You can read through these articles to learn how it works:
Also, I'd recommend contacting the HMRC so you'd be guided in joining a live pilot to submit your self-assessment using MTD.
