Hello
The 179 generally means the aggregation is stuck(it will generally refresh itself if you log out of your banking website)
There are a few ways to resolve this
1. Wait 24 hours the bank does a fresh aggregation (kicking out active logins overnight)
2. try in an incognito window/different browser
3.if connecting on a phone make sure background refresh is not on
4.log on to bank website change the password(this will kick out active log ins)go back to the QuickBooks and edit sign in information with new password after waiting 15 minutes
5. contact the bank and ask them to kick you out of any active logins
Let is know how you get on
Emma
Dear Emma
Thanks for your instructions. I found them reassuring as I have done everything it details and one of my bank accounts still won't sink. I cannot delete it either as I have already classified all my bank transactions. Please help. Thank you so much
