I'm using QB online, now desktop has stopped being updated.
Many invoices cannot be sent, QB reports that the email address being sent to, 'cannot be found', which is nonsense they are all correct and have been used in QB for years.
My email provider is Outlook - MS 365
Very annoying to have to print PDFs and send individual emails.

we're aware of an issue where some customers are unable to receive invoices sent from QuickBooks as these are being bounced by the recipients or intermittent servers. Our team are currently working on a fix for this as a priority. In the meantime, please continue to save your invoice as a PDF and send it via email through your business or other email address.
Yes, these don't appear to get bounced, it looks more like QB doesn't recognise (?) the address and doesn't send. Copies relayed to within our company (same email domain as being sent from) get through ok.
Got to say, this never happened prior to a couple of months ago.
Hello NickStrong, thanks for that information, do the customers not receive the email at all not in there inbox, spam or junk? Do you get any error messages or anything show up when you try to send the invoices off to the customers?
We're receiving reports that other users are getting issues with invoices not going through. We would like to inform you that we've already submitted a ticket about this issue and our engineers are all hands on deck working together for an immediate fix to sort everything out.
This is in the process of being prioritized/investigated. Although this is being actively looked at, we do not have an estimated timeline for resolution at this time. Rest assured that this is being worked on.
While they do, you might want to download the invoices and manually send them outside QuickBooks as a way around.
Additionally, I would advise you to get in touch with our QuickBooks Support. This way our engineers can add your account information to the list of affected users and attach your case to the ongoing investigation. Any progress will be communicated via email.
