Change default email message to customers

I'm using QB Self Employed and I'm in the UK so the default email message sounds too American and not something I would say as a British person. I need to change it, but doing it every time for every invoice is a real waste of time. How can this be permanently changed in QBSE???

You’re right! You’ll have to manually change the email message when sending invoices to your customers.


Every enhancement we develop comes from our customers’ voice. We take this as an opportunity for us to improve on how the program works.

I can see a lot of customers have the same need for this feature. Rest assured once there’s an update, I’ll keep you posted.

I don't really want to subscribe to the newsletter and have more spam in my inbox. I just wish to be able to change the template over.

It's quite annoying and is not consistent across platforms either.
