I'd be glad to route you so you can change your work info in QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE).
You can change the work info in your invoices by selecting Edit work info above the invoice details. Here's how:
- Go to the left navigation panel, and then select Invoices.
- Search for the invoice and then press the drop-down arrow under the Action column.
- Select Edit work info.
- Edit or change your Name, Email, Phone number, website, street, City, State, and Zip code.
- Review it and then select Save.

In case you're unable to find the edit work info option. I suggest performing some troubleshooting steps. To start, log in to your account using a private browser. Use these keyboard shortcuts depending on the browser you're using:
- Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
- Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
- Internet Explorer: press Ctrl + Shift + P
- Safari: press Command + Shift +N
If it works, please switch back to your regular browser and clear its cache & historical data. This process helps restore the default setup of the browser. However, private browsing doesn't work, use another supported web engine to get the best and most secure experience with the program.
