I have tried using online chat support for an urgent VAT problem (that's another matter).
It was 21:43 when I tried using chat - which is stated to be open "We're open Monday-Sunday 8:00am-10:00pm British" - so it should be available now.

It is not, the Chat button is not available.
On the other hand, there phone button, and while this is available, telephone support is not available at the moment (weekend at night).

Why is Intuit not allowing chat to be used when it is supposed to be available?
