CHAT Support not available during stated "open" hours

I have tried using online chat support for an urgent VAT problem (that's another matter).

It was 21:43 when I tried using chat - which is stated to be open "We're open Monday-Sunday 8:00am-10:00pm British" - so it should be available now.

-

It is not, the Chat button is not available.

On the other hand, there phone button, and while this is available, telephone support is not available at the moment (weekend at night).

-

Why is Intuit not allowing chat to be used when it is supposed to be available?

Currently, there's no update about the changes to our QuickBooks Support's availability hours. And I am not sure what happened the last time you tried contacting our support. 

However, you still have the option to request a callback from our QuickBooks Support Experts or reach out again.
