Currency not supported when trying to convert from QB 2020 to QB Online

Hi,

I am getting error "RBT currency is not supported in Quickbooks Online. Please change currency for Norwegian Suppliers" during conversion to QB Online. Problem is that there is no RBT currency in the system, neither on the list of currencies nor with any of our suppliers or documents.

Any suggestions on how to handle it?

Moving from QuickBooks Desktop to the Online version is easy, Tomasz.

 

There can be issues or errors that we encounter during conversion, though. 

 

I'd suggest reaching out to our QuickBooks Desktop customer care support. They have more tools that can help you with the migration. Here's how:

  1. Visit our website
  2. Select QuickBooks Desktop.
  3. On the Contact Us page, click Switch to Online, then select Converting from QuickBooks Desktop.
  4. Select either Get Phone Number or Start a Message

Once done, you can check this article about the post conversion checks for getting started with QuickBooks Online. These are a few tasks you need to perform before you start using the Online version.
