Welcome to the Community, @Tracey.
I am here to help you with your missing supplier list in QuickBooks Online.
It's common to encounter unusual behavior, such as missing suppliers, due to web page malfunctions. One solution to this matter is using a private browser, which ensures we access your QuickBooks account without using the cache. A cache is the stored data that can cause browser-related problems, and by not using it, we can verify if the suppliers are missing from your account.
You can use these keyboard shortcuts based on the browser you're using:
- Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
- Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
- Microsoft Edge: press Ctrl + Shift + P
- Safari: press Command + Shift +N
If the supplier list appears, switch to a regular browser and clear its cache. This action will restore the default settings and allow you to view the supplier list as intended.
You can also use other supported web engines if you encounter further issues. Download and install the recommended web engine, and then try reaccessing the program.
Furthermore, here's an article that will help you to easily record business expenses for your vendors in QBO: Enter and manage expenses in QuickBooks Online.
Let us know if this solves your issues. The Community is always available for additional concerns regarding your list and QBO-related questions. Stay safe.
