Are you referring to the entire page font size? QuickBooks is full of shortcut keys to help you take action faster. Hold down the Ctrl key and press + to increase the font size or - to decrease the font size. Pressing either of these keys while continuing to hold down the control key continues to adjust the font until it reaches its maximum. To reset the font back to the default size press Ctrl+0 (zero).
You can also use your mouse to adjust a webpage. To do this hold down the Ctrl key and scroll up to increase the font size or down to decrease the font size.

If the font size is too small on the printed sales forms, you can adjust them right away by following these steps:
- Open QuickBooks and at the top-left corner, click on the Gear icon (Settings).
- Now, go to Custom Form Styles and choose a form style.
- Click on Edit and then select the Design tab.
- There, choose the option- Select a different font and choose between the three font sizes.
- Check the selected font size by clicking on Preview or Print button.
- If everything is fine, click on Done.
