How do I speak to a human

We're glad to have you in the Community! We're here to assist you in creating expenses in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

 

To begin with, could you please let us know if you're encountering a specific error message while creating an expense? Providing us with additional details about the error will help us investigate and provide a proper solution.

 

Additionally, accumulated browser cache can also cause some issues. To rule out any browser-related concerns, we recommend performing some troubleshooting steps. You can start by signing in to your QBO account using a private or "incognito" browsing mode. You can also switch to a different supported browser. Also, clear your cache and refresh your website preferences, as these may also affect your QBO experience.

 

If the issue persists, I suggest reaching out to the technical support team. They have the tools to check into your account and see further about this issue.

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Click on Help (?).
  3. In QB Assistant, type in the topic or question you need help with.
  4. Select Contact Us to connect with a live support agent in the Search tab.
  5. Select the preferred method of contact (phone or chat).
