We can export your QuickBooks Online reports, lists, and other data onto your computer hard drive. It'll help us secure a handy copy of your company file.
Here's how to export your reports and lists:
- Go to the Gear icon and select Export Data (under Tools).
- Toggle to Reports or Lists to decide which data you want to export first.
- Filter the correct dates.
- Once done, click the Export to Excel button.

Moreover, the downloaded reports only include the data from posting transactions (invoices, receipts, bills, balances, and so on). To export non-posting information, I suggest following the instructions shared in this article: Download some of the most needed data, lists, and reports.
Alternatively, you can look for a third-party converter tool to help you download your data.
Once done, you can proceed to cancel your account. Please note that you'll have read-only access to your data for one year after the cancellation.
