I have a customer who is trying to pay by credit card and the payment send to go through from their side but then is cancelled and I do not receive payment. Any thoughts?

Welcome to the Community page, 

 

We don’t handle payment processing ourselves at QuickBooks, you would need to speak to the bank and whoever you are paying through, like PayPal for example.

We don’t handle payment processing ourselves at QuickBooks, you would need to speak to the bank and whoever you are paying through, like PayPal for example.
