If you can connect your bank using the private browsing session, go back to your regular browser and clear its cache to refresh the program. We advise our customers to delete them now and then. It will help us avoid and fix connectivity issues.
Also, you can use a different browser to narrow down the issue.
Once your account is connected, you can already categorise transactions in QuickBooks Self-Employed.
