Finally sorted out the NatWest business account conundrum.
Select 'Bankline' even if you client is not signed up to that, on the next screen you can see the words 'online banking' in red above Bankline. Click on that, and you can use the traditional log-in info.
Would have been so much easier if I had just been told that in the first place!
Thanks Catherine but it still wont connect to my company credit card account.
Looks like a problem the tech guys are going to have to work out.
No me neither - I was relived there for a second. It works for the business bank account but not the credit cards. I'm thinking of changing credit cards to a different bank. Does anyone know what other credit cards work? I need each card to come in to a separate account so I can see who has bought what.
Dunney,
We have three cards online credit cards - When we registered for clearspend the main account signatory had to register first. Then he could go into his account and give the other card holders access to their cards. If I use my individual access log in I get the same message as you do. If I use the main account signatory (top level) log in it brings in all the credit card transactions. They are merged together but at least they are there!
Maybe you are trying to log in with the lower level log in rather than the top level one?
Just trying my usual login. I only have the one credit card for myself and that's it.
stilll not having any Joy, I might try Natwest again,. Glad to hear your problem got sorted though.
Nailed it, Spoke to Nat West, had no idea there was an upper admin level, they sent me a password reset and
I was able to connect.
Thanks Joanna you've been a huge help !
