You may open a new QBO account
then you may download the installer file of QBD 2016 and later from the following link.
You have to contact Support to ask the trial version of them. Otherwise, you may consider purchasing a 3rd party conversion service.
Intuit should be able to do it for you at no charge.
You don't need to pay anything if you want to convert the file, FILEREPAIR.
