Hi there, greengardener,
Thank you for using QuickBooks Self-Employed. Glad to be part of what your business needs.
If you have subscribed via Trial subscription in QuickBooks Self-Employed, cancellation happens automatically at the end of the trial in which you won’t be billed.
Just to set your expectation that once your Trial has ended, you can no longer access your account. I advised saving your data first before it ends.
To save your data, you can run a report and email it to yourself. To create a report, here’s what you’ll need to do:
- Select Reports from the left menu.
- Choose the desired report and set the preferred date range.
- Confirm/edit the email address.
- Click Send.
However, if you’re in a hurry and wanted to cancel your free trial, you can follow these steps if you’ve subscribed via web browser:
- Open QuickBooks Self-Employed in a web browser
- Select the Gear icon at the top
- Select Cancel Trial.
If there’s anything else you need help with concerning your QuickBooks Self-Employed account, please let me know. I’m always here to assist. Have a great day!
