The reason you can't find the other company file could be that the other account is inactive, Pablo.
To verify the status, let's log in to your QuickBooks Online account and select the Canceled Companies to confirm.
If the account is listed there and you wish to resubscribe, click on the company file, and you will be prompted to complete the resubscription process by following the on-screen instructions.
