Despite following permissions, milage tracking doesn't work..This was a major reason for choosing QuickBooks, so I might look for another provider. Can you advise me?

I've used other mileage apps and am familiar with this technology.

We wan to make sure that we get this sorted out. Can you tell us more details about your concern with the mileage tracker? Is there a specific error or functions that we need to take a look?

Hi, I've set the necessary permissions for location (rechecked 5 time's) and when I press the start button nothing happens. I'm afraid it I can't get this resolved I will have to cancel QuickBooks and find another provider that does work can you recommend one please ie Xero?,or Sage?

This isn't the kind of experience I'd like you to have, @sps-stevejohnson.

 

Currently, there is an ongoing investigation about mileage tracking not recording. Rest assured that our Engineering Team is dedicated to working for them to implement a solution that will fix this issue.

 

Please know that this is a top priority for us. It will continue to be so until resolved.

 

I encourage you to contact our Customer Care team. They can add you to our notification list, and you'll receive an email notification once an update is available.

 

Here's how:

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Click Help (?).
  3. Select the Assistant tab to get started and get quick, personalized answers. Select a suggested option or type a question or topic you need help with. If you need further help, you can still Talk to a human.
  4. You can then choose a way to connect with us:
  • Start a chat with a support expert.
  • Get a callback from the next available expert.
