Did keyboard shortcuts change again??

This type of issue can be caused by browser cache and cookies as they can prevent the system from functioning effectively. I encourage you to refer to the following steps to complete some browser troubleshooting.
 

• Clear browser cache.
• Try in a private browser window.
• Use another browser type.
• Make sure you're using supported browsers.
• Turn off any ad and popup blockers temporarily.

I'm having the exact same problem and the usual 'copy and paste' response from QB about clearing cookies and cache makes no difference.

Its a frustrating issue as it now takes longer to add multi-item transactions as you now have to use the mouse to go to the next line rather than just the tab key.

Can you sort this error QB?

i've came here to see if anyone else is having the same issue as me and sure enough on the top of the first page i have looked at it's right there, has anyone came up with a fix for this?

Its not a shortcut thats gone, when you tab along in item entry line it goes from the end of the current line to the boxes at the bottom of the screen completely missing the next entry line below

As Sis-Autos says, it's not a shortcut (never has been) its when you use the TAB key between lines.  Instead of going to the next line it now goes straight to 'Add Lines'.  When you've hit TAB its ALWAYS taken you to the next line to enter data but not for the last few days.

It is the same on sales receipts, invoices, expenses, bills, etc.

It's nothing to do with shortcuts but everything to do with somebody has done an update at QB and messed up the coding for the tab sequence.  If you try it yourselves you will see exactly what is happening and maybe attempt to fix it?
