Are you receiving this error response when importing or exporting a specific report or file to/from QuickBooks?
Hi Georgia, it is only the Trial Balance report exported to Excel which generates this error message

Are you using a Mac or a Windows device, and does the error message continue after changing the setting on the TB report before exporting to show non-zero rows only (from the Show non-zero or active only drop-down, select Non-zero under Show rows)?
We are using Windows devices.
The original report was showing zero balances (set to Active rows and Active columns).
After changing setttings to show non-zero the error message did not appear.
