I received an invitation to get my free onboarding call but I was out of the country at the time but now it says there are no dates available. How do I book a call other than via the calendar option?

Hi there, @r1tzie. I'm happy to share that we've recently updated the process for booking Assisted Onboarding sessions. You can now make your appointment directly within QuickBooks Online (QBO).
To schedule your call with a QuickBooks Onboarding Specialist, please follow this link and sign in to your account: https://qbo.intuit.com/app/one-intuit-contact-expert/contact-expert.
Once logged in, click the Connect with an onboarding expert button, then select Appointment. You’ll be able to see the next available date and time. If the options don’t work for you, Find a different time to explore additional availability and choose a time that suits you best.

Thanks for your quick reply but sadly the link only takes me to my dashboard and I cannot see connect with an onboarding expert there? When finding the link another way I just get the attached error message.

i I have cleared the cache and use both Safari and an alternative browser on an iPhone and still not able to open the link. I can log into my account and access all the features both online and in the app but the link to the onboarding session does not work. Do you have an alternative solution to accessing the onboarding booking system as that is all need to do everything else seems to work fine.
I have the QuickBooks sole trader subscription which says on the link you said includes an onboarding session and as all the other features work ok I assumed the booking system would be the same.
