Hi CC207 It's not possible remove the logo if you are sending emails via the QuickBooks system. You can send invoice links from your own email, when you are viewing the invoice select the drop down menu in the bottom right hand corner > select save and share link > copy link and then use your own email provider and paste the link into the body of your email.

I find it totally unacceptable to not be able to remove those logo and "watermark" on email from QBO, I mean we all pay for this software, It is not a freeware, I don't want my company mail to be a promotion tools for you guys.
Yes I can send the link or download the invoice and send it from my email, but the point of using QBO is to make everything in one place !
We should charge you a commission for each invoice sent since it is a promotion tools for you.
The QB logo makes a business look like a small, unprofessional, cheesy, rinky- dink and not ready for prime time operation. Hey QB, we pay you big $$$ for this platform and you are trying to leverage free marketing promotion and cheapening your clients brand.
Someone at QB forward this to the VP of Marketing....you customers are not happy.
I would agree with CRTt's statement, "The QB logo makes a business look like a small, unprofessional, cheesy, rinky- dink and not ready for prime time operation."
It would be fantastic if this can get addressed.
I generally love QBO. Two things I would love to be able to do are...
1. Add custom columns into the table area of an invoice. Our industry uses Sqft and $/M (Dollars per thousand) for pricing and billing everything as well as QTY and RATE per piece.
2. Have all documents and communication with only our branding. I would like to send invoices, reminders, and monitor customers viewing activity of the invoices in QBO, which can be all be done. Yet we do not need or want our customers to know what we are using. Perception is reality for people and whether we like it or not as others have stated it makes us look small sending an email with QBO branded all over it.
As we continue to grow we are evaluating our software. We started with Microsoft Dynamics, switched to a custom developed platform, and our looking at what is next. I actually prefer QBO over Dynamics when it comes to the financial side of things because of how clean and easy it is to use. That being said the above two items will have an impact on our decisions.
Thank you for sharing those awesome ideas, Color49.
I can see how these features would benefit your company and other QuickBooks Online users.

So you're going to just ignore all of our complaints about the logo? it makes our invoices look like crap. fix that first!!!!!!
I am on the sam boat. I dont understand why is logo even there if we are paying for their services. It is not a freeware where do you need to promote paid option of your services.
I just sent my first invoices and noticed the QBO logo and immediately went to view how to remove it. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE that your logo is on my invoices!!!! I may be looking for another software solely because of this. I agree with the others, it makes my company look unprofessional. I'm not about to pay for something that's going to make me look bad. You all need to fix this immediately. Or like suggested, PAY ME for your advertising.
Although Intuit see to think their branding is more important that our own you can send invoices with their branding on the email. You have to see to send email with PDF attached it should then attached the invoice as a pdf to a blank email.
btw don't even thinking about asking why you can't put your company logos on statement or purchase orders, becauser you can't. Don't even ask for it as they even admitted it's been on eof the most requested features for YEARS and they've still not fixed the problem.
Hi Enticepnp,
I can see how helpful it would be to be able to personalize your sales forms. I know how you can remove or change the logo.
Let me guide you with these steps:
To remove the logo:
To add a new one:
When you're ready to record customer payments, you can check this reference: Record invoice payments.
I'm always around whenever you have concerns about recording payments.
Oh I see the bot replies are out in force from Intuit. Another totally wrong reply to the reported problem. And we actually pay them for this rubbish
My Gear options doesn't have the "Custom Form Styles" option. All I have is "Account and Settings" "Manage Users" "Chart of Accounts" and "Quickbooks Labs". I tried attaching a screenshot but it won't let me.
I want this issue fixed as quickly as possible, Propplar Innovations.
I'm here to provide some troubleshooting steps to help display the Custom form style tab. This way, you can customize your sales forms.
Ensure that you're logged in as a Primary Admin. If the issue persists, I recommend logging in through incognito mode. This allows us to determine whether the problem is browser-related. Too much cache build-up in your regular browser can sometimes cause unexpected behavior in the product.
Refer to the keyboard shortcuts below:
If it's fixed, return to your regular browser and clear the cache by pressing CTRL+ Shift+ Delete on the keyboard.

Welcome to the Community, @ETSTCCLTD.
I want to ensure we're on the same page in resolving your concern with QuickBooks Online (QBO).
First off, I would like to ask for further information about your concerns in QBO. May I know what specific concerns you have about the product? Additional information would help me understand your concern correctly and provide relevant fixes. Also, could you perhaps provide a snapshot showing your concern?
I'd appreciate any additional details you can provide. I'm looking forward to your reply. Have a good one!
It's all detailled very clearly in this thread. What more information could you possibly need?!
Two years on and this still hasn't been fixed. We've had to develop our own software solution for sending invoices without the QuickBooks advert in the emails - what a complete waste of time.
I have left a 1 star review on TrustPilot which I will remove as soon as this has been fixed and I would recommend others do the same: https://uk.trustpilot.com/review/quickbooks.intuit.com
Hello NickG_UK, You can't remove the QB logo at the top left of the invoices generated and sent from QuickBooks if that is what you are referring too. There is no way of being able to remove this.
I know! That's what everyone is complaining about on this thread. Why can't you remove it?
I agree, I'm unfortunately not using Quickbooks invoices because of all the Quickbooks marks/logo/links everywhere. I agree it depreciate our business branding way to much. Also there is way to many clicks that bring you to quickbooks (intuit) web page if you click print button that shall be remove. We should have an option to remove all these. More orver there is not enough customizing option for invoices, it is very limited how we can format our invoice.
