Our entire team is getting the same error. Fix please! Can't run a business this way.
Just yesterday I started getting these error messages. So they are saying they don’t have a solution!!?
Looks like I have 14.8.1
We have done all updates, uninstalled reinstalled still not working!
GeorgiaC, are you still working on a solution?
Thanks for getting back to us, @SCW2016, @3tallpines, @Jlf656, and @Zippy Auto. I'm here to share details about the "Query processing error" you've encountered using the QuickBooks Online (QBO) mobile app. This way, you'll be guided on the next steps you need to help take care of this matter.
For the time being, the error has already been reported, and our software engineers are now looking at it. Rest assured that this issue is being taken care of with utmost urgency. Hopefully, you can get back to business using the QBO mobile app in no time. In the meantime, you can access your QBO account by going/using the web browser.
In keeping with this, I would encourage you to contact our Customer Care team. They can create a case to help initiate further investigation. Then, add your account to the list of affected users. This ensures you're in the loop about the investigation's status and its fix. Here's how:
Also, to learn more which QBO mobile app features are supported on mobile devices, I'd recommend checking out this article: Compare mobile app features. It contains a comparison chart between Android and iOS devices.
We appreciate your patience regarding this matter. You can jump right back into this thread if you have other concerns about the QBO app. I'm always here to help. Take care, and I wish you all continued success.
I’m getting the same error. Any updates yet?
I called and they said it was a system wide situation. I was supposed to get an email with an update. But nothing
Customer Service has no response to this other than use a different platform. This bug only affects ioS versions it seems.
Been getting this error yesterday and all day today. We are a mobile service and now our business has come to a halt. Yes we can take payments using the web based application but is such a pain in the rear end and the cards have to be manually entered. for the amount of money QuickBooks charges for this service you would think this would be rectified a lot quicker.
I appreciate you following up on this thread, @JeffMain, @lowestpriceautorepair, and @KGaugh. I've come to provide some troubleshooting steps to help you resolve the Query processing error in QuickBooks Online.
This is not the kind of experience that we want you to have. Rest assured that we're working diligently to get things back and running again for the mobile app.
First off, let's ensure the app is up-to-date. That being said, we can go to the App Store and select the Today tab. Next, click on your profile. In the Available updates section, look for the QuickBooks mobile app, then select Update.
You also need to reset or refresh your data. This is the same as clearing the cache in your web browser. Through this, we can refresh the application and prevent common issues by doing so.
Once done, you can restart or reboot your mobile device. Then, log out and log back in to refresh the application. Otherwise, uninstall and reinstall the app.
For now, you'll want to use a computer to log in to QuickBooks Online. Alternatively, you can use your phone's browser or other supported browsers.
If the issue persists, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care team. They can do a screen-sharing session to take a closer look at the issue and help you resolve your concern.
Here's how:
I've got these articles that'll help you with managing your business wherever you go. They will provide more details about the mobile app.
If you have any other concerns about the mobile app, you can always get back to me. I'd be glad to assist you. Have a great day.
Thank heavens it appears corrected!
My solution on iPhone was going to —settings, general, reset, reset networks settings.
hope it helps.
